Day 1:Day 1: Bahariya Oasis Exploration and White Desert Adventure

Embark on a thrilling journey from Cairo in the early morning, setting out in our comfortable private AC car for a scenic drive to the enchanting Bahariya Oasis, approximately four hours away. Upon arrival, our well-equipped jeep awaits, ready to launch our unforgettable adventure in the mesmerizing White Desert National Park.

Our expedition kicks off with a visit to the captivating Black Desert, followed by a trip to the charming El Hez Village and the invigorating Cold Spring. Amidst these remarkable landscapes, we pause for a delightful lunch. Continuing our exploration, we drive towards the awe-inspiring Crystal Mountain and proceed to the picturesque Aqapat area. Finally, we reach the main destination: the captivating White Desert, renowned for its mesmerizing limestone formations, including the iconic Mushroom and inviting Tents areas.

After thoroughly exploring the stunning sights of the New White Desert, we choose a serene spot to set up camp, where a delicious dinner awaits, and we can spend a night under the breathtaking starlit sky.

Day 2:Day 2: Return to Cairo via Bahariya Oasis

As the morning breaks, savor a delectable breakfast at our desert campsite, surrounded by the serene beauty of the landscape. When ready to depart, our trusty jeep transports us back to the Bahariya Oasis, where our awaiting car whisks us back to the vibrant city of Cairo.

Prices

The prices listed are in US dollars per person per journey, and alternative currencies are accepted for payment.
Rates may be adjusted if there are alterations in airport taxes, hotel fees, transportation costs, or government taxes.
Please note that these rates are not applicable during the Christmas or New Year period.
The package does not cover travel insurance or entry visa fees.

Tipping in Egypt

Tipping is not included in any of our packages and remains at the discretion of travelers. While not obligatory, it holds significant value for the individuals assisting you during your travels.

Booking Confirmation Policy

Upon successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
To secure your spots on the tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel services, we are offering a low down payment of only 25%. The remaining balance can be settled up to two days before your arrival date or paid in cash to your tour manager upon arrival at the destination. This flexible payment option ensures that your booking is a risk-free investment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the tour start date incurs a 10% charge of the tour package value.
Canceling the tour between 30 to 20 days before its commencement leads to a 25% charge of the package value.
Cancelling within 19 to 15 days before the tour starts results in a 50% charge of the tour cost.
Canceling between 14 to 11 days before the tour begins incurs a 75% charge of the tour cost.
Cancelling within 10 days or less before the tour date does not warrant any refund for the tour.

Children Policy

Up to 2 years: FREE
Ages 2 to below 6 years: 25% of the adult price
Ages 6 to 11 years: 50% of the adult price
Ages 12 and above Full adult price applies.

Notes:

The children policy applies to children sharing rooms with their parents, with a maximum of 1 child sharing a parent’s room.
If the tour includes airfare, there might be additional charges for your children.
