Yes you can receive a refund if you cancelled within 30 days before the tour start date but 10% will be deducted from the deposit you paid. However, if you cancelled within 2 days or less you will not receive a refund.
Yes, you can change the tour start date if there are at least 10 days remaining for the tour start date.
You can ask your embassy because there are countries that can take the visa upon arrival and there are other countries that need to apply first before traveling.

We offer our tours in a various selection of languages like: English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Chinese and Japanese. If you want a specific language that we don’t offer we will do our best to make it available.

You can pay online with an online payment link but the price will increase by 5% due to bank tax/commission or you can pay with your card with the machine the tour manager has on the tour.
Our tours are completely private. You (and your group) will be alone with our tour guide and the driver and there will be no other passengers with you.
